Cocktails
We are famous for our soju cocktails and have been serving them since 2002. Soju is not sake and it is not “fake” vodka. It is a very popular distilled alcoholic beverage made in in Korea. It is made very similarly to vodka by distilling either sweet potatoes, potatoes or grains. Chef Deborah used to order soju cocktails when living in LA just because they were cool. When she found out it had become legal to serve Soju because of a cultural concession to Korean eateries, she was so excited. Only in California and New York are we allowed to serve this one distilled beverage in restaurants which only have beer and wine licenses. We love creating new cocktails using seasonal ingredients.
